1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and PTN77 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding the use of ptn77.win and all services offered therein.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the PTN77 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy .

These Terms apply to all platform users, including visitors who browse without registering an account. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use PTN77 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age of 18: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PTN77 does not permit underage individuals to use this platform under any circumstances.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one PTN77 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, IP address, or financial information is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• KYC Verification: PTN77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include national ID, passport, and recent bank statements.
• Non-PTN77 employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PTN77 staff are not permitted to register as platform members.

3Account & Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. PTN77 provides high-grade security infrastructure, but you also play an important role in protecting your own account.

• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including individuals claiming to be PTN77 staff.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): PTN77 encourages all members to enable 2FA for added protection. This feature is available in your account settings and is strongly recommended, especially for accounts with high balances.
• Reporting suspicious activity: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact PTN77 support immediately and change your password right away.
• One account per device: You may access your account from multiple devices; however, PTN77 reserves the right to restrict access if suspicious activity is detected from multiple locations simultaneously.

PTN77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your negligence in maintaining account security, including sharing your password or using unsecured networks.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

PTN77 supports a wide range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

PTN77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, we will contact the member for clarification or additional documents within a reasonable timeframe.

5Bonus & Promotions

PTN77 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Wagering requirement (rollover): All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met before related winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering conditions are stated in each promotional offer.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is claimable once only per member, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Arbitrage prohibition: Using bonuses for arbitrage betting (hedging) across markets or games is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• PTN77's discretion: PTN77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including suspected abuse.

6Game Rules

All games available on the PTN77 platform are operated using a certified, independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Every game result is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Final decision: Game results recorded by PTN77's servers are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's screen and the server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Technical disruption: If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, PTN77 will endeavor to restore the session to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, PTN77 reserves the right to void the round and refund the wager.
• Tables and betting limits: Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may vary by game category, table, and your VIP membership status.
• Demo mode: Some games offer a free demo mode. Wins in demo mode are virtual and cannot be converted to real cash.

7Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, PTN77 strictly prohibits the following:

• Fraud and forgery: Any form of fraud, document forgery, or submission of false information during the KYC or registration process.
• Money laundering: Using the PTN77 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorized software: Use of bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through an intermediary.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions and bonuses, including opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• System outage: Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the PTN77 platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

PTN77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Voluntary request by the member (self-closure)
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering under investigation

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the PTN77 support team via live chat. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of identity verification, subject to applicable terms.

For inactive accounts, PTN77 reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee once the period of inactivity exceeds 12 months, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is closed — whichever occurs first.

9Liability Limits

PTN77 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PTN77 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• PTN77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of expected winnings.
• PTN77 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• PTN77's maximum total liability to any member in any situation is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Privacy & Data Protection

PTN77 is committed to protecting the personal data of all members in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed entirely by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

• All personal data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology during transmission and storage.
• PTN77 does not sell or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team.

11Amendment to Terms

PTN77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version will always be available on this page with the update date clearly stated.

For amendments deemed material, PTN77 will notify members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
